TrafficSplash is one of the fastest-growing Traffic Exchanges. I can see why it is so popular. Not only does it have tons of features...like
==> Banner Exchange
==> Textlink Exchange
==> Surf Rewards
==> Tons of Bonus Points
==> Downline Builder
... and more
But it also is one of the top-ranked exchanges in TrafficHoopla with over 14,500 members within just one year. Wow! This is absolutely incredible!

Traffic Exchanges
Don't let anyone tell you that Traffic Exchanges don't work. It's not true. They do work, if you use them correctly.
Basically there are two types of Traffic Exchanges, Auto Surf Exchanges and Manual Surf Exchanges.
Auto Surf Exchanges allow you to let them run in the background with no intervention from you. Everytime the timer runs out (anywhere from 10-20 seconds) a new website is displayed. Very convenient you might think, but no, not really. Because it usually runs in the background while people work on other things your website is rarely seen.
If you want your website seen, then I highly recommend Manual Surf Exchanges. The principle is pretty much the same as with Auto Surf Exchanges with one BIG difference...when the timer runs out the surfer has to click on something to visit the next website. This assures that he or she is actually looking at your website. And that is what you want.
Most Traffic Exchanges are free to join with the option to upgrade to get a better surf ratio. What does this mean?
Being a free member usually means that your surf ratio is low meaning you need to surf more pages in order to have your pages seen in return. Some have a 3:1 surf ratio, which means you have to surf 3 websites to get yours seen once. Some have a 2:1 surf ratio, which means you have to surf two pages to have your site seen once.
There are a few free exchanges that still have a 1:1 ratio. WebBizInsider is one of them and would be my personal Top Pick. Because you can only submit one URL to WebBizInsider I recommend using an approved Rotator like PageSwirl to add more. Other TEs with a 1:1 ratio are TrafficG , Made4Hits and TopSurfer.
A few Traffic Exchanges also give you rewards like bonus credits when you surf, or the option to include your banners in rotation or display text ads. This gives you extra exposure. In addition you usually get bonus credits for referring others. The amount of credit you receive for referrals varies greatly among exchanges.
You can find a few of my favorites to the right. Check them out and give them a whirl.

More Web Site Traffic
Why did I create this blog? We all need more web site traffic. Increased web site traffic is a good thing. Free web site traffic is even better.
So how do we go about getting more web site traffic? Well, that's what I am going to write about on this blog.
I have been marketing on the Internet for the past 10 years and things are constantly changing. What worked in the past, may not be working anymore today. And what works today, may not be working tomorrow. So I'm always looking for new ways to get more web site traffic.
Some of the ways I am driving traffic to my website right now include, traffic exchanges, safelists, blogs, business and social networks, etc. I will be talking about all of them in more detail.
